I'm passionate about sharing the richness and diversity of African cuisine, which I reinvent with a modern twist. Inspired by my African roots, our dishes pay tribute to my childhood memories and the gastronomic heritage of our continent.

In this setting with its stone walls and hushed ambience, every detail is designed to create a subtle contrast between the place, the cuisine and the decor. L'Africanisant's first Parisian venue is L'Héritage 105, 105 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris. This exceptional venue offers three distinct worlds: a bistronomic restaurant, a lounge bar and a cigar bar, each offering a unique experience.
The restaurant is renowned for its revisited French cuisine, blending tradition and modernity in an elegant and convivial setting. The lounge bar offers a cosy ambience, ideal for savoring cocktails by the author, while the cigar bar offers an exclusive space for cigar lovers, accompanied by a refined selection of spirits.
